From detailed scope management to the grand planning of estates, Allen is a licensed architect and designer with extensive experience. Holding a Master of Architecture from Yale University, Allen has spent +12 years delivering professional services to the real estate sector, overseeing design projects across the nation from Miami, NYC, and Los Angeles. Proficient in aesthetics, craft, and construction principles necessary for high-end custom projects, Allen brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. 

Over the past decade, Allen has taken on roles as Lead Architect and Design Director for a variety of local and international projects spanning residential and commercial domains. His expertise lies in guiding the design process from its conceptual beginnings, including defining client objectives, conducting feasibility analyses, and assembling project teams, to crafting spaces that reflect the client's unique lifestyle. 

Before founding Studio Plasencia, Allen played a pivotal role as the Design Studio Director at Plus Development, contributing to the development and coordination of multiple award-winning projects.  Prior to his time at Plus, Allen was an integral member of award winning architecture firms, Marmol Radziner and Xten.  

Driven by a passion for materials, light, and spatial design, Allen approaches each project with a narrative inspired by the site and the client's aspirations.
